Are the apartments furnished?
Yes. The apartments are fully furnished, including accessories, TV, washing machine, and a complete kitchen inventory with tableware and appliances.
What are the rent and additional costs?
Rents start at EUR 1,297 per month, including furniture. In addition, you pay EUR 100 per month as an advance payment for electricity and water.
When are the apartments available?
The apartments are available immediately.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 6 months. There is no maximum rental period.
Can I register at the address?
Yes, registration at the address is possible.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is also not allowed.
Can I request a viewing?
Yes. Use the form to request a viewing for number 21 or 23-B. We will contact you personally afterwards.
Is a request the same as a reservation?
No. A request is non-binding and does not guarantee a reservation or allocation. We first discuss availability, conditions, and possible next steps.
